Since 2016, the company’s peeling devices have been equipped with a mechanism that is able to remove thorns from leaf. In fact, there is no need to manually separate the Aloe Vera thorns. Rather, the machine can remove the thorns next to the leaf with high speed (the 1200 leaves per hour).
To make Aloe Vera compote and jam, it’s necessary to cut fillet in equal pieces. The Aloe Vera Dicer Machine (1200 fillets per hour) is able to cut Aloe Vera fillet in cube shape.
Manual mechanisms are suitable for low volume productions. Less capacity, low price and long life span because of simple design are the main features of the devices. The size of pieces varies depending on the order.
